James A. Criswell's Obituary
James A. Criswell, 93, formerly of Collinwood neighborhood in Cleveland and of Chesterland, Ohio, passed away on July 30, 2020. Jim was the beloved husband of the late Rosaria “Sara” nee Fiorino, and loving father of Harold, James (Teresa), and AnnMary Boschi (Armand). Devoted “Papa” of J. Philip, Julia, and Victoria Criswell and Sara Boschi (Allen Arscott). Beloved son of the late Harold and Eileen Criswell. Dear brother of Jean Skufca (Quen), Louise Catania, Manon Santucci (Frank), Edmund (Bea), Evelyn Donohoe, and Harold (Jan). Dear uncle, great uncle and great-great uncle Jimmy of many nephews and nieces. U.S. Marine Corps veteran of WWII, life member of the VFW (Post 3345), Marine Corps League, and China Marine Association, member of Gung Ho Detachment #650 in Brook Park, OH.
Friends may visit at 10 am in advance of 11 am Mass at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 16271 Pearl Rd, Strongsville, on Monday, August 3rd. Interment to follow at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon, Our Lady of Peace Mausoleum, Section 18, #613.
