Jacqueline "Jackie" Reilly's Obituary
Jackie F. Reilly, 74, passed away on January 1, 2024, at Southwest Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born on September 1, 1949, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late John and Marie (nee Planinsek) Kubik.
Jackie attended Hoban Dominican High School, graduating in the class of 1967. She then attended Franciscan University, obtaining a degree in Psychology.
She married Thomas Reilly in 1975. They were married for 43 years before his passing on April 24, 2019.
Jackie was very family oriented and loved babysitting her grandchildren. You could always find her watching The American President, and Friends. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, reading books written by Nora Roberts, and watching U.S. Women’s Soccer. Jackie was an amazing cook.
She is survived by her children Patrick (Christina) O’Reilly, Michael Reilly, Megan (Kevin) Morris, and Sean Reilly; sister Leslie Kubik; grandchildren Keegan, Kyler, Jack, and Keeley; nieces and nephews Joseph (Cindy) Busta, Kari (Jeremy) Kelly, Kevin (Kristy) Marszal, Becky Marszal, and Kellen (Erin) Kubik; brother-in-law John Reilly; cousin Kathy (Frank) Busta; and great nieces and nephews Frankie, Charlie, and Carson.
In addition to her parents and husband, Jackie preceded in death by sister Judy (Bob) Marszal.
VISITATION will be held on MONDAY, January 8th from 3pm – 7pm at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held on TUESDAY, January 9th at 10am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 16271 Pearl Road, Strongsville. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
