Herbert Hoover Honroth's Obituary
Herbert Hoover Honroth, 88 of Strongsville (formerly of Garfield Hts.). Devoted husband of the late Dorothy "Dee" (née Toth). He is survived by his children, Jeff (Cindy) and Kim (the late Gary Manney). He was the loving grandpa/Papa of Grant (Joelle), Holly, Kayla, Garrett, and the late Elizabeth and great-grandpa/Pop Pop of Abby. He honorably served in the United States Marine Corp and was a 50 year member of the Theodore Breck 714 F &AM Ohio. Herb was a devoted family man and friend to all. His sense of humor lit up the room. He loved sports, watching his grandchildren in all their activities, and socializing with friends. Friends will be received SATURDAY 2/25/17 from 2:30-5:30 with a Memorial Service beginning at 5:30 at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, OH 44136. Private interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Cornerstone of Hope, 5905 Brecksville Rd., Independence, OH 44131.
