Helen M. Plavko (nee Kulak) passed away August 24, 2012. Loving wife of John. Dear mother of the late Jeffery. Daughter of the late Gregory and Ann Kulak. Beloved sister of the late Walter, Joseph and Edward. Dear sister-in-law and aunt to many. Helen belonged to the Red Hat Society and the Covered Bridge Quilters Guild. VISITATION SUNDAY 2-6PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Funeral Mass MONDAY 10AM at St. Joseph Church, Strongsville. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
