Glenn Joseph Phelan, 89, passed away May 25, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Laurette Grotsma Phelan. Cherished father of Rory (Sharlene) and Reid (JoAnn). Son of the late Glenn and Emily Phelan. Loving grandfather of Eric (Jillian), Brian, David, Dana, Jessica (Ryan Chafe) and Kelly. Great grandfather of Leo, Naomi and Ezra. Loving companion of Marilyn Kristof. Born in Chicago, IL. Proud U.S. Army Veteran. Active member of Spyglass Hill Association and the Strongsville Senior Center. VISITATION 1-4 PM SATURDAY at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL ROAD, STRONGSVILLE with a Memorial Service to follow at 4 PM at Jardine’s. Interment Tuesday, May 31, at 11 AM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman. Family suggests memorial contributions to Holy Family Hospice, 6707 State Road, Parma, OH 44129.
