Gail M. Yeager's Obituary
Gail M. Yeager (nee Gibson), age 86; of Strongsville, OH. Passed away peacefully on May 31, 2026. Loving wife of Robert Yeager (deceased). Beloved daughter of the late Ford M. Gibson & Maragret Gibson (nee Baker). Loving mother to Jeanne Seese (Mark), Janet Hawley (Kurt), and Jill Chorba (Stephen). Dearest sister to Donald Gibson (deceased), Debra Robeson (deceased) and Gary Gibson (deceased). Devoted grandmother to Lauren McKee (Max), Sydney Schierer (Philip), Sierra Duke (Curtis), Ryan Hawley, Spencer Seese, Jacob Chorba, Erin Hawley, Joshua Chorba (Caitlynn), Shelby Rosa (Anthony), and Lucas Chorba. She was also blessed with five cherished great-grandchildren: Melina Schierer, Jack McKee, Mandy Schierer, Kalvin McKee, Malachi Duke and a great-grandson on the way, Baby Chorba.
Gail's greatest happiness came from spending time with her family. As a young woman, she was active in Rainbow Girls, where she met the love of her life, Robert, who was in DeMolay. The two married in 1960 and built a beautiful life together, sharing 63 years of love and devotion.
Gail had many hobbies and creative interests throughout her life. She especially found joy in gardening, playing the piano, scrapbooking, crafting, and was a talented seamstress. She was a great supporter of her children and grandchildren in all their activities.
Gail will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her kindness, unwavering devotion to her family, and the love she generously shared with all who knew her.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Western Reserve Masonic Community and Reserve Care Hospice for the compassionate care and support they provided to Gail and her family.
A GATHERING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY JUNE 22nd, 2026 FROM 3PM – 7PM AT JARDINE FUNERAL HOME; 15822 PEARL RD. STRONGSVILLE OH 44136. GRAVESIDE SERVICE WILL BE HELD TUESDAY JUNE 23rd, 2026 AT 11AM AT STRONGSVILLE CEMETERY; 13123 PEARL RD. STRONGSVILLE, OH 44136
