Oh our dear Fred.. From Bennett's Corners Methodist Church, years of Fred and June sitting behind us. Such a wonderful gentle giant. How they loved each other. His memory put us all to shame. He was loved and he will be missed.. Love Cathy

My sister Barb and I were so fortunate to have grown up in Strongsville with Fred and June as our neighbors. We have wonderful childhood memories of spending many hours playing with Richard, Robert, Michael and Susan. Whenever there was a crisis and none of us knew what to do, we turned to Fred! Being the levelheaded, calm, gentle person he was, there was no one else we would turn to. He always had the answer and came to the rescue in his normal unassuming way. What an amazing person. We will miss him.
When we moved to Strongsville in 1957 in our new home on Howe Rd.,Fred plowed our back yard (almost an acre)so we could landscape , for free. What a guy ! We now live in California since last May. We'll always remember him.
