Beautiful man, beautiful person. Loved his family first and carried this love and passion to serving others as owner and agent of the Frank Clarke Agency. I remember Frank as a very knowledgeable insurance person who was always an out of the box thinker. One of a kind! I'm so grateful I got the opportunity to work with Frank.
