Frank was a great Neighbor and friend, he was always there for me when i needed a little advice or guidance. Frank was always willing to share some wisdom and knowledge, he always knew exactly what to say. I loved listening to his stories about the big walleye he caught, or the big one that got away, he loved to fish! Our conversations always made it's way to talking Cleveland sports - we'd celebrate together after a big win, or console each other after a tough loss...Frank was a great person, and a true friend. Frank will be truly missed, but never forgotten. Rest in piece my friend. Tom Lunt
