Uncle David and Aunt Betty, you were the best. As a nephew of Francis, I learned a long time ago the NEVER call him Francis. What a great sometimes grumpy person you were. I had the best times coming to your house when I was a kid and spending time there,and the countless Christmas Eves at your house with Family. 91 years Unc. not too shabby!! Say hi to Aunt Betty and Mom and Dad! Until we meet a again.. ❤️
I grew up in Columbia Station and went to School with Bruce and David played Football with the both of them. Mr. Cox my Dad and Mr. Wood would be at all most every practice giving us pep talks from the side telling us we can do it we are tuff, and sometimes telling us not to listen to the coach and do it this way LOL he was a awesome person Father and Friend RIP Mr. Cox.

I did not know Mr. Francis Cox but I am proud to say I have known his son, Brian for 30 years. I had the pleasure to meet Brian while working for the City of Knoxville Fire Department. He was the manager for the Knoxville Smokies Minor League Baseball Club and when the team moved to Sevierville, Tn. my wife and I followed them there. None of us will live forever but you can rest easy knowing God has always had control.
