Evelyn D. Adams(nee DeCarlo) 88 passed away August 4, 2013. Beloved wife of 65 years to Clarence. Loving mother of Diane Revels and Brad(Peri). Sister of Gloriann Kish and sister-in-law of Annalee DeCarlo, and the late Jess, Robert, Costa, Alfred, Rose Paul, Florence Quarzo, Nick, and Raymond. Dear grandmother of Elizabeth Green(Billy), Blake Revels, and Harper Adams. Great Grandmother of Billy. Evelyn was born in Republic, PA and was a RN for 34 years. VISITATION FRIDAY 3-6PM with a Memorial Service to follow at 6PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Interment private.
