My Oma (grandmother) used to go blueberry picking every summer when I was a kid. We'd fill up so many buckets then freeze them. She LOVED her fruit!
I had many sleepovers with Oma. Come bed time she would make up my bed and we'd watch Mary Poppins. I can not tell you how many times we watched that movie together. She would never complain or say let's watch something else, Mary Poppins it was.
Though I will miss her every day I know she is home with the good Lord and pain free. Her last few years weren't the best for her because of her health. So I thank the Lord for taking away her pain. I will think of you daily and hope you come to visit me often. Oma was one of my biggest cheerleaders and supporters in everything I did. Thank you. Thank you for all the memories and lessons. You were the best gramma anyone could dream of.
I will love you always.
Love,
Crystal Kay
