Ethel was more than a loving friend. She took on the task with her husband Gordy to take over the task of stepping in an being grandparents to my children which my children sorely needed. In fact they both became Godparents to my youngest Megan. It was alway fun at their home for Easter dinner, birthday’s and sometimes breakfast. We always sat with them in church back in the day. It was like we were a part of their family and we were accepted. I always enjoyed helping them out with their catering services also. Ethel was always in my life since I was a child. I grew up and graduated with there son Dennis. I guess they were always with me and even would visit me in the hospital after having my daughter Megan. I feel they were my blessings in my life and I loved them for it. I will always miss her and Gordy. I know they are with Jesus in Heaven watching us now.
God bless their family. Love you all Sharon Horvath
