Eleanor A. Dove's Obituary
Eleanor A. Dove, 90, passed away February 24, 2024. Wife of 30 years of the late John Dove. Loving mother of the late Carolyn and Mary Dove. Dear sister to 6 sisters and 3 brothers. Sister-in-law of Jane Dove and Matilda Blozevich. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Eleanor had a passion for gardening, cooking, and baking. She worked many years for Green Circle and Petitti Garden Center. Eleanor volunteered for 19 years at the Altenheim Senior Living in Strongsville. She was a devoted Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed watching all Cleveland sports. Eleanor enjoyed listening to music, classical being one of her favorites.
A private family burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Cleveland Food Bank.
