Dorothy F. Nieberding's Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Dorothy Frances Nieberding, age 96, of Strongsville, Ohio, who departed this life peacefully. Born on September 23, 1929, Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend to all who had the honor of knowing her.
Dorothy was married to the late Raymond Nieberding for 59 wonderful years. She is survived by her loving daughter Kathy Buterbaugh (William), Diane Sapienza (Anthony), Lawrence Nieberding (Rena'), and Elaine Blaha (Jeffry). Dorothy was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren: Matthew, Lauren, Rachel, Natalie, Sarah, Garrett, Melissa, and the late Marc, as well as a great-grandmother to 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, the late Carol, Joyce, Henry, Robert, and Roy.
Throughout her life, Dorothy found joy in sewing, cooking, and, most importantly, spending cherished moments with her family. Her passion for nurturing her family and her creative pursuits were evident to all who loved her.
A gathering will be held at Jardine Funeral Home 15822 Pearl Rd, on Friday the 27th from 3P.M. to 7P.M. A mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Strongsville the following day, Saturday the 28th, at 10A.M.
Dorothy's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
