Dorothy Margaret Krenz's Obituary
Dorothy Margaret Krenz (nee Veith), 93, of Strongsville, OH, passed away September 25, 2022. Dorothy is predeceased by her parents Evan and Min and by her husband, Don. She is survived by her children Robert (Jeanine), Kathy (Chris), and Cindy (Toby); by her grandchildren Jordan (Chris) and Evan (Hannah); and by her great-grandchildren Chip and Jamie.
Dorothy was a proud graduate of University of Wisconsin - Madison and fan of the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers football teams. With a BS degree in geography, history, English, and Spanish, she was an educator for 39 years and was involved in numerous civic organizations and churches in Wisconsin and Ohio. Dorothy was an avid traveler who also enjoyed her “KrenzFest” family week in Eagle River every summer for many years.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church of Strongsville www.firstchurchalive.org or to the University of Wisconsin School of Education Annual Fund www.supportuw.org Burial and reception will be held in Madison, WI. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday October 29, 2022, at Lakeview Lutheran Cemetery, 4001 Mandrake Rd. Madison, WI 53704.
