Very Very Special Pappaw to Tabatha Alexandria Toppins. Combat Medic in Vietnam, Veteran USMC & U.S. Army. Memorial Visitation Wednesday, 4-7:00pm with Service to follow at 7:00pm by American Legion Post 3345 at Jardine Funeral Home. Inurnment Thursday at 1:00pm at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga RD, Seville, Ohio 44273, where Don will join his lovely wife T.J.
