I met Deb during the summer of 1987 while we were in the same Psychology course at Chaffey College. Deb was so funny, warm, and easy to be around, we became fast friends. She invited me to attend her friend's birthday party and I later found out she was secretly playing matchmaker as she introduced me to Lee's friend and former co-worker, Paul. She was a good judge of character and it was love at first sight. Deb was my matron of honor and Lee was Paul's best man. We celebrated with them when Alex and Kyra joined their family, cried with them when Deb lost her dad, and at the loss of their fur babies. They walked beside us in our struggle to have a child, and rejoiced when we succeeded. A lifetime of friendship, and we will miss her dearly.
