David A. Pfeil's Obituary
David A. Pfeil, 66, passed away on June 18th, 2023.
He was born on July 8th, 1956, to the late William and Leah (nee Roberts) Pfeil Sr. in Lakewood, Ohio.
David attended Padua High School and graduated in the class of 1974. Following high school, he completed the X-Ray Technician Program offered by Cleveland Clinic. In 1978, David made the move to California and continued his education at Chapman University obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Sport’s Medicine. He moved back to the Cleveland area in 1988 when he decided to join the family business, Monarch Engraving. David was an avid Cleveland Sports fan, enjoyed bowling, and loved his 80’s music.
He is survived by his brothers William Pfeil Jr. (Joan McCarthy) and Brian Pfeil (Kim Sperli); and nieces and nephews Jacob, Tess, and Erin.
VISITATION will be held on THURSDAY, June 22nd from 4pm – 7pm at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville. A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will take place on FRIDAY, June 23rd at 10am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 16271 Pearl Road, Strongsville. Burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park.
