So sad to look up an old friend to find they are gone. Or at least not currently available. I've added a picture of Dave and our band but unfortunately he is hidden by another player on the left. We were the House Band at the Music Machine for several years. We had a lot of fun together. Back then we moved our own equipment and Dave had the hardest to move. (Hammond B3 Organ and a Leslie cabinet up his basement stairs). You really get to know people when you practice twice a week, do gigs together and pack up at 2 in the morning. Great guy that most certainly helped up keep the peace. I wish I had reached out sooner so as to once again share his company and our many memories. God bless all those he left behind. I'm sure he is missed.
I met many great people playing softball and Dave was definitely one of them. We kept in touch for several years after I retired from playing and would have great talks about life. I really enjoyed our conversations. RIP Dave
I’m so sad hearing of Dave’s passing. I have so many memories of us playing ball, hours of car rides talking and listening to his motivational tapes discussing the topics in them. He did so much for my family and others. He was so proud of his family and loved them deeply. Rest well my friend. Until I see you again on the mound pitching in heaven.
We are so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Brad and Dave were good friends for over 40 years. We had such great times with Dave and Karen over the years. Trips to Windsor,
the annual Christmas parties at their house, and lots of conversations and laughs, along with cocktails at LaChateau, We enjoyed our time with our friend and will truly miss him. We know he is in a better place though and hopefully playing softball again, which was his passion. God bless his soul and give him eternal peace. Love, Brad and Linda
