Daniel Raymond High's Obituary
Daniel Raymond High age 78, passed away February 12, 2021. Beloved husband to the late Suzanne High. Cherished brother of Thomas (Marinell) High and adopted brother Tom Soltis. Daniel also leaves behind a many nieces, nephews and godchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond & Ruth Sanderson High. Daniel graduated from Indiana University and served in the U.S. Army as a chemist. He worked for Glidden and ICI until his retirement in 2007. Dan was an accomplished woodworker, avid racing fan and a lover of all music. He enjoyed traveling around the world and was a wine connoisseur. Family and friends were most important to him. Dan and his wife Suzanne were founding members of St. John Neuman Catholic Church. He will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be held at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136 Wednesday February 17, 2021 from 4-8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday February 18, 2021 10AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 16271 Pearl Road, Strongsville, OH 44136. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
