Christopher P. Erskine age 78 passed away Sunday May 25, 2026. Beloved husband of Susan for 55 years. Loving father of Adrienne (Sean) Heidecker, Adam and Alyssa Erskine. Son of the late Robert and Kathleen. Brother of the late Judith Wilkinson. Dear grandfather of Jared (Maria), Carson, Breanna and Jaxson Heidecker. Brother in law of Robert Wilkinson and Elaine Younkin. Uncle of Pamela (Tim), Jeffrey (Kristin) and Elizabeth (Chris). Loving great uncle and great great uncle. Chris enjoyed TV time and sports. Especially Cleveland baseball and football. Spending his time coaching and volunteering his time within the Columbia sports community. He was a constant figure and the biggest fan at whatever sport his grandchildren were playing. His family was his world and spending time and sharing stories were his favorite way to spend his time. A gathering will be held Friday 3-7pm at Jardine Funeral Home 15822 Pearl Rd Strongsville. A service of remembrance will be Saturday 10am at Jardine's. Burial Royalton Rd. Cemetery Columbia Station.
