Charlotte “Tootsie” Hammers, 75, passed away April 2, 2015. Beloved wife of David E. Hammers. Loving mother of David C. Hammers. Dear sister of Mary Jane and Bob Hunt and Mary Ann Hawk. Aunt of Tammy and Barry Kostura, Debbie and Mark Dunkel, Kimmy and Mario Ferruzzi, Jessica and Jon Temari, Jason Kostura, Anya Ferruzzi, and Matteo Ferruzzi. Charlotte was an Auto worker at Ford Motor Company. She loved to sew, bake, cook, and embroider angels – which she anonymously sent to people with serious illnesses. Proud owner of a Ford F 150 and someone who loved to be generous and helpful to everyone. VISITATION FRIDAY 4-8PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE. Parastas Service FRIDAY 8PM.
