Charlotte Rose Ginter's Obituary
Charlotte Rose Ginter (nee Wetzel) passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, at the age of 86 in Strongsville, Ohio. Born on April 9, 1939, in Toledo, Ohio, Charlotte's life was one marked by love, dedication, and the joy she found in simple pleasures.
Charlotte's journey through life was shared with her beloved husband of 59 years, the late Richard Ginter Sr., with whom she built a legacy of love and family. She was a loving mother to her three sons, Richard Ginter (Becky), Chester Ginter (LeeAnne), and Michael Ginter (Connie). Her role as a grandmother to seven and great-grandmother to thirteen was one she embraced with every ounce of her being, instilling in them values of kindness, resilience, and the importance of family.
The youngest of her siblings, Charlotte was predeceased by her sister Mildred Oliver (Richard) and Martha Wetzel and her brother David Wetzel (Marie;surviving).
Charlotte's interests were a reflection of her meticulous nature and her love for creating beauty in the world. An avid cross-stitcher, she crafted intricate designs that were as much a testament to her patience as to her artistic talent. Her love for handbells resonated not just in the melodies she helped produce but also in the harmonious life she led. Charlotte's affection for her feline companions was well-known; she was a devoted cat mom who found great joy in the company of her furry friends.
Charlotte's life was a beautiful journey that touched many, and she will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
