Carol Karr Substelny 74 passed away August 17, 2012. Loving wife of Henry. Dear mother of Michael(Patricia), John(Wendi),Catherine(Gregg) and Christy. Sister of George, Robert, Jeff, Mary and the late Johnny. Daughter of the late John and Margaret Karr. Beloved grandmother of Dan, Marc, Kelci and Carli. Carol was originally from Clendenin, WV and a graduate of W.V. University. Carol was a grade school teacher, small business owner and a real estate agent.
