Bette Jean Baker (nee Meyer), age 90, passed away November 21, 2015. Bette was born April 1, 1925 in Cleveland, OH. A Strongsville resident for 36 years, she and her husband moved to Marblehead, OH, splitting seasons with her winter residence in Ft. Myers, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband Carroll W. Baker “Mike” and brother Richard C. Meyer. Bette is survived by sons Carroll W. Baker Jr “Mike” and wife Jennifer (nee Fish) of Strongsville, Timothy C. Baker and wife Beverly (nee Billy) of North Royalton and Jonathan W.H. Baker and wife Cheryl (nee Bentley) of Cleveland; grandmother of Brian and wife Kristen (nee Stilwell), Jason, Anna and Emma. Great grandmother of Jackson. All services private. Memorial contributions may be made to SW Hospice Fund, 18659 Drake Rd., Strongsville, OH 44136.
