Audrey F. Gamble's Obituary
Audrey F. Gamble, 82, passed away on Saturday, April 15th, 2023.
She was born on August 9th, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Emil and Victoria Kuly.
Audrey was married to Robert Gamble Sr. for many years before his passing in 2012.
She was a member of many clubs and organizations including the Red Hat’s Club, Silver Sneakers, the Strongsville Senior Center, and very active parishioner at St. John Neumann Church. Audrey loved spending time with her family and they will miss her dearly.
Audrey was a loving mother to Larry and Andy Woike, who are both deceased. She is survived by her step children Patricia (Craig) Hancy, Robert Gamble Jr., William (Terry) Gamble, Pamela (Tim) Salopek, Christopher Gamble (deceased), and Sandra (Matthew) Scherer; grandchildren Brandon Lamcha, Renee Ontko, Craig (Brittany) Hancy Jr., Robert Gamble III, Shelley Gamble, William Gamble Jr., Geena Gamble, Timothy (Anna) Salopek, Amber Salopek, Bradley Salopek, Katherine Gamble, Kyle Gamble, Mason Scherer, and Madison Scherer; and 7 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Anita (Joe) Janke.
VISITATION will be held on Wednesday, April 19th from 10am – 11am at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pearl Road, Strongsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin promptly, same day, at 11:30am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12700 Pearl Road, Strongsville. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
No flowers please, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
