We paid extra for a banner to be on the cross but there was only a card with my name only on it. It was supposed to be from our company and employees. The cross was beautiful,but no banner.

I was pleased the prompt delivery, color scheme and the fresh flowers in the arrangement. However, I expected the arrangement would be proportional to the standard size of a center piece arrangement. But, I could be mistaken or out of touch with current designs, size and pricing for such arrangements.

Although very nice I expected a bigger arrangement for the price. Also, when purchasing there is a small section where a tree purchase is pre selected. If you are not careful you end up buying a tree that you did not intend to purchase. About six family members of the deceased did so without intention but in the grief you miss little details. I don’t mind including the tree as an option but not as a pre selected item in small print that can be easily missed.

I ordered the Devine Light and it was shown in all white. They were unable to accommodate the all white. At first I was not sure I wanted it with colored flowers. They sent me a picture and I fell in love with it. They added pink and lavender. It was gorgeous. My boyfriend attended funeral and he said it was very nice. It was for his Grandmother. My boyfriends mother also complimented the cross arrangement. She said it was beautiful. Thank you for making a beautiful arrangement for a very special lady.
