Don and Carol both gave me a warm welcome to the neighborhood about 28 years ago, and we remained friends after I moved to Lakewood 10 years ago. Also their kindness to my son Tim, who was going through some hard times, has never been forgotten.❤️

He was a good friend to both my husband and me. I remember when my husband who is handicapped got his new scooter, the lever to swing the seat around so he could stand was on his paralyzed side under the seat so he couldn’t reach it. We couldn’t figure out how to move it to his good side so my husband road it over to Don house and Don figured it out and switched it for him. We loved him so for his special friendship, his gentle nature and his many random acts of kindness to others. We will miss him! RIP dear friend.
