Betty Lou Smith (nee Hern) age 96, passed away February 22, 2022. Beloved wife of 47 years to the late Leon P. Smith. Loving mother of Richard (Kathleen) Pender. Grandmother of Allison (Kevin) Berg, and Lauren (William) Cloyes. Great-grandmother to McKenzie and Tyler Berg; Jacob and Joshua Cloyes. Sister and aunt to many. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Mary Hern (nee Davis). Betty retired after many years at the Brookpark GM Chevy Plant. All services are private. Internment will be held at Hope Memorial Gardens, Hinckley OH.
